In South Park, a new weight loss medicine causes a major commotion as residents scramble to obtain the much-hyped drug. The promise of quick and easy weight loss makes it incredibly popular, leading to a severe shortage. Among those left empty-handed is Cartman, who has been eagerly anticipating the opportunity to use the medicine. His disappointment turns to anger when he discovers the pharmacy has run out.
